Welcome to Ota Ohjat ry’s autumn meeting and Christmas party on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 starting at 18:00! The meeting and Christmas party will be held at the Otaranta club room (Otaranta 8B) from 18:00 onwards. The meeting will include the selection of the 2026 board and other roles.

Are you interested in joining the board for 2026?
As a board member, you will have the opportunity to influence the operations of Finland’s largest academic riding club; organize events, meet new people, and gain valuable experience in association work. A definite plus for your CV as well! Purpose of Ota ohjat ry is to support our members’ opportunities to pursue their hobby, which means event organizing is at the core of our activities. As an event organizer and responsible person, you get priority when signing up for events, which means you can secure a spot in the most popular activities. Anyone who is a member of Ota Ohjat can join the board, only the chairperson must also be a member of AYY. The board positions are briefly presented in post linked below. The board application form can also be found in the same post. If you are interested in a board position but cannot attend the meeting, don’t worry. It is enough to fill in the application form, or you can express your interest by sending a message directly to the board via email or Telegram.

Christmas party and Christmas card making
The Christmas party will also take place in Otaranta clubroom, immediately after the autumn meeting, starting at around 18:30-19:00. There will be snacks such as mulled wine and Christmas tarts, and we will also be making Christmas cards. The association will provide some materials, but you may bring your own if you wish.
Come enjoy good company, food, and activities. The event has a non-binding registration, which is only used to estimate the amount of food needed. You are welcome to come even without registering.
